Shipping Policy
Our normal shipping schedule is Monday through Friday, with orders received before 2pm EST shipped on the same day. During the hotter months, we’re shipping chocolate, remember that we do not ship on Fridays, as the ice won’t last over the hot weekends. We use all major carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS), but we have no control over how long these carriers take to deliver your order. We ensure it’s dispatched for delivery on time, and then we rely on them to finish the job! During months when the temperature is about 77 degrees, please plan to retrieve your order promptly so that it’s not exposed to the heat. Don’t leave it in PO Boxes, doorsteps, or mailboxes, as it will melt! Ice only lasts so long! When adding express shipping for $2, your order will be shipped using FedEx and will be shipped Monday through Thursday, delivering two days later. We do not guarantee delivery, as it is up to FedEx to get it to you! Todd, our warehouse guy, won’t drive his bike directly to your home. We asked him, and he said ‘no.’ We booed Todd, but he still said no.
DELIVERY
After you’ve submitted your order and received a valid Tracking number (tracking numbers are emailed at approximately 11:00 pm ET on the day your order ships), you have the option to customize your shipping arrangements with that carrier by contacting them directly
AFTER FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT
Although your order is cold packed to prevent melting, due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt, or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our shipping partner.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will also contain tracking information. If you don’t see either email, please check your email spam folder.
