At RAI Chocolate, we take the quality and safety of our products seriously. Since our offerings are food items (chocolate bars and truffles), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to safety and health regulations. Please read the following policy for more information on how we handle refunds:

No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products being consumables, no refunds will be issued once a package has been delivered. We are unable to accept returns on opened or unopened food items for safety reasons.

Delivery Issues and Claims
Once your package has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the security of the package. If there is an issue with delivery (such as missing or damaged goods), we advise you to immediately reach out to the respective delivery company (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with your tracking number.
Most deliveries are accompanied by photographic proof from the carrier, which can be accessed via their websites for further investigation. Please use your tracking number to retrieve the image of your delivery.
